Diamond chain sawing
Diamond chainsaws are a real 'get out of jail ' machine. They fit in areas where you can't get any other tool and can cut deep slots with no need to overcut. Our saws have the capability of cutting a 700mm deep.
Floor Sawing
Floor sawing is an application used for cutting channels, grooves and openings in concrete floors. We have a number of saws ranging from 70hp diesel powered to 3 phases electric powered. The electric saws mean that they can be used safely inside without the problem of hazardous fumes.
Diamond track sawing
Diamond track sawing is used in the cutting and removal of concrete and masonry materials, it is water cooled so eliminates the problem of dust. These machines are very versatile and have the benefit of being able to cut deeper than conventional hand-held machines. They are electrically powered so can be safely used inside with no hazardous fumes.
Chasing
Dustless chasing is used when channels need to be cut in concrete, block work, stone and brickwork. This can include the embedment of electrical cables or pipework. All of our machines are used in conjunction with M class vacuum units thus almost eliminating dust in the atmosphere and ensuring we remain compliant to health and safety legislation.
